Functions: Removes formaldehyde, eliminates bacteria
It doesn't look particularly special, just like any other eco-board, but it has three major "protectors" inside to ensure its "function" remains effective for a long time.
How does it use the "function"?
Nano-sized silicon-titanium is incorporated into the surface, forming a protective shield with a molecular sieve structure to inhibit bacterial growth and combat bacteria such as E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Simultaneously, the substrate surface of the formaldehyde-removing and antibacterial board continuously generates a large number of electron-hole pairs, activating O₂ and H₂O to form active oxygen. This active oxygen can decompose formaldehyde in the air into water and carbon dioxide, thus purifying the formaldehyde.
#Negative Ion Diamond Face#
Function: Releases negative ions
I used to yearn for the hustle and bustle of the city, but now I envy the fresh air in the suburbs. I often drive for hours just to find that there is no air pollution there, which makes us feel like we can breathe easily. This is actually thanks to negative ions.
Faced with the problem of indoor air pollution, the R&D team wondered if negative ions could be "embedded" into building materials, allowing them to release negative ions. In 2016, the Negative Ion Diamond Surface series was successfully developed. What makes it special? The negative ion components in the Negative Ion Diamond Surface eco-board can release negative ions into the air, increasing the concentration of negative ions in the air, which is beneficial to human health and indoor air purification. Authoritative testing showed that the negative ion concentration in a sealed box containing the Negative Ion Diamond Surface series products reached over 2000, more than 10 times higher than that in a blank sealed box. Furthermore, it outperforms ordinary eco-boards in terms of wear resistance and stain resistance.

Function: Flame retardant
When unexpected misfortunes happen, we often think how wonderful it would be if we had just one more minute.
The flame-retardant function of flame-retardant ecological boards can buy us more escape time and reduce property damage in the event of an accident.
Flame-retardant eco-boards use environmentally friendly modified adhesives with high-molecular-weight halogen-free flame retardants, forming multiple flame-retardant protective layers on the surface and inside the board. When exposed to open flames, these protective layers achieve flame retardancy through a phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic effect, promoting carbon formation in the condensed phase, capturing free radicals, and diluting flammable gases in the gas phase. The flame retardant rating meets GB/T 8624-2012 "Classification of Burning Performance of Building Materials and Products" standard B1, exhibiting a higher flame-retardant effect than ordinary eco-boards or other decorative boards.
