Customization Process

Customer Inquiry

We need you to provide the following information to help us better assist you:

Product Category: Please tell us the product you wish to customize (e.g., sofa, bathroom vanity, wardrobe, etc.)
Precise Dimensions: Length, width, and height of the product
Desired Style
Desired Color, Material, and Style: For example, if you wish to change the color to black or white, etc.; Material: solid wood, leather, fabric, etc.; Style: modern, minimalist, industrial, etc.
Additional Functional Requirements: such as adding storage space, electric functions, etc.

Design and Quotation Confirmation

Based on your confirmed requirements, our designer will create detailed renderings for you to better view the effects and will also provide you with a quotation.
Please carefully check and confirm the renderings and quotation. If any modifications are needed during this period, we can make them and send them to you for confirmation until you are satisfied.
After confirming that everything is satisfactory, we will create a customized link for you, and you can place an order!

Production

Our factory will begin manufacturing exclusively for you based on your confirmed drawings. The order processing time is approximately 1-2 working days, and the production cycle is approximately 7-15 working days.
After production is completed, we will also conduct a quality inspection to ensure that the product is free of problems before sending it to you!

Transportation

The completed products will be shipped to you by sea, which will take approximately 12-14 business days to arrive at your country's port. During the sea voyage, we will also send you the ship number and tracking website.
Upon arrival at the port, we will unpack the container and ship it to our local warehouse. After arrival, we will arrange for a truck driver to pick up the goods and deliver them to the address you provided. Truck delivery time is approximately 7-14 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). After the truck picks up the goods, we will provide you with a tracking number and the carrier's information.
Due to the large value of the goods, the truck driver will call you to schedule a specific delivery time. Please answer the truck driver's call. You can also tell us your desired delivery time, and we will arrange for a truck driver to deliver it to you.

After-sales Service

After signing for the package, you can open it to check if the product style, color, size, etc., are correct, and check for any damage caused during transportation. If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time, and we will help you resolve them!
