Root downwards, grow upwards
The rich and colorful campus life of the past four years has become a precious memory. What is clearly visible now is the fervent enthusiasm for fighting on the front line and the beautiful vision for future work and life.

Heart Journey
At the beginning of the job, there was a lot of excitement. I remember when the press was installing the bottom beam, and there was a shortage of manpower. After completing various safety training and skills training, we immediately threw ourselves into the work. Mixing cement and grouting seemed like simple and interesting work, but after we poured 10 buckets, our arms gradually lost strength, and we couldn't even lift the cement buckets anymore. In the sweltering July heat, sweat poured down our faces, our work clothes were already soaked through, our feet were white from being soaked in heavy protective shoes, our arms ached, and our legs felt weak. Because we rarely did heavy work and lacked regular strength training, our bodies were starting to struggle.
But to ensure construction quality and meet deadlines, we couldn't stop. I told myself, "If we can't even persevere with simple tasks, what can we do?" Just then, a colleague said, "Let's hang in there a little longer! We'll see the light at the end of the tunnel soon. Let's win our first battle since joining the company!" "Yes, perseverance is victory!" "Keep going, keep going!" Everyone rolled up their sleeves, paired up, encouraged each other, and shouted "Go! Go!" as they carried buckets of cement, trip after trip, until the last bit of cement slurry was poured. Afterwards, everyone collapsed on the ground, their backs soaked with sweat, but every face beaming with a victorious smile. Yes, we persevered, we completed the task, and more importantly, we overcame ourselves. We also deeply experienced the power of teamwork; as long as everyone works together with one heart and one mind, there are no difficulties that cannot be overcome.
//Pay attention to details to ensure safety///Strive
December arrived in the blink of an eye, and the particleboard production line reached the crucial moment of its first board rolling off the line, with the equipment entering a tense material-loaded debugging phase. The electrical section's responsibility within the company is to safeguard production; only excellent technical skills and a strong sense of responsibility can guarantee the normal operation of the equipment.
At 3:00 AM, in the thermal energy distribution room, the circuit breaker of the grinding machine burned out, the transformer tripped, and the alarm sounded a piercing siren. Workshop leaders rushed to the scene. There was still residual material inside the drying drum; if it wasn't removed quickly, it would cause a fire. Our first priority was to start the generator as quickly as possible to remove the remaining material from the drying drum. With time of the essence and the task heavy, all the electrical staff worked together, starting the generator and removing the material in the shortest possible time, preventing a fire. In summarizing and analyzing the accident, we discovered that the circuit breaker bolts were loose, causing poor contact. Equipment installation engineer Zhang Ting told me, "Electrical work requires meticulousness; there's no room for carelessness, otherwise, a major accident will occur." I nodded repeatedly. Even a small bolt, if not properly inspected, can cause a major accident. "A thousand-mile dike can be breached by an ant hole." From then on, the sense of responsibility that there are no small matters in electrical work took deep root in my heart.
//Strengthen learning and improve capabilities/// Glory
After the bolt loosening incident, I deeply realized the importance of electrical safety in maintaining the safety of the entire factory workshop, and at the same time, I realized the inadequacy of my own theoretical knowledge and work experience.
To this end, I made full use of every spare moment to study electrical automation theory, cultivated the habit of taking notes at any time, and regularly reviewed and summarized my findings. At the same time, I used the workshop as a practical training ground for rapid growth, identifying the common causes of equipment malfunctions and applying what I learned to production maintenance. I also seized the valuable opportunities presented by equipment manufacturers' technicians debugging equipment at the company, humbly seeking their guidance and learning methods for quickly identifying and effectively troubleshooting faults. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my leaders and colleagues for their meticulous guidance and assistance, which has helped me grow rapidly.
I will do my best to contribute to the construction and development of Tiantan Wood Industry! I will interpret the spirit of "doing one's job, loving one's job, and excelling in one's job" with practical actions, adhere to my original aspiration in my ordinary position, and forge an extraordinary life!
