[Introduction] With twenty years of experience in crafting wood, inheriting the spirit of craftsmen of a great nation that keeps pace with the times, we meticulously craft wood. With the core technology team of "Mechanics" innovative process, we have developed an industry-leading 42 mechanical board manufacturing process. By applying mechanical principles to slice/rotary cut log profiles, we have perfectly created a nine-layer mechanical structural board.
Mechanical structural plate
Structural boards are relatively stable. Whether furniture-making boards pollute the air depends on the base material used. If the formaldehyde emission of the base material meets environmental standards, the boards will not exacerbate material pollution. Structural boards have little to no odor, only a natural wood scent. Those with a pungent odor are lower-quality eco-boards, medium-density fiberboards, or those containing formaldehyde or other substances in their additives. Of course, some special tree species may have their own odor, which is a separate issue.
Waterproof and moisture-proof
Particleboard and MDF are currently the main materials used in furniture, but because they are not waterproof and only moisture-proof, they cause headaches for consumers when used in cabinets, especially bathroom panels. In contrast, structural veneer uses waterproof solid wood boards as the base material and seamless splicing or finger-jointing technology for the core board, which makes up for this defect.
Good nail holding power
Structural plywood has better nail-holding power than particleboard and MDF. In furniture use, it is difficult to repair if particleboard or MDF furniture is damaged, especially if an office drawer is broken. However, if a part of structural plywood furniture is damaged, it can be repaired by yourself immediately.
Save time and effort
Currently, home decoration often involves applying veneer to plywood and then painting the surface. This is not only costly but also unlikely to be environmentally friendly. Furthermore, it takes a long time before one can move in after the renovation is complete. In contrast, structural veneer boards and eco-friendly boards allow for immediate occupancy after furniture and decoration are installed, saving costs and significantly shortening the move-in time. Structural veneer boards, as a high-end product among eco-friendly boards, offer a touchable, mirror-like smoothness that enhances the elegance and luxury of customized home furnishings.
E0 is more environmentally friendly
The E0 environmental standard for structural boards gives consumers greater peace of mind. Currently, most furniture uses MDF and particleboard, many of which only meet E1 or even E2 standards, and some don't even meet environmental requirements at all. This is incompatible with the current societal demands for environmental protection. Our group boasts a strong production base and a self-manufacturing model, controlling the quality of every board from the source. We have fully passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality and environmental management system certifications.
