To enhance the aesthetics and overall look of their homes, many people choose to use solid wood flooring. Its properties, such as providing warmth in winter and coolness in summer, along with its pleasant feel, make it an ideal material for bedroom and study flooring. However, in a market rife with counterfeit and substandard products, selecting truly high-quality wood flooring is not easy.

What are we afraid of when buying solid wood boards?

"Afraid" of buying fake solid wood

To distinguish whether it is veneered fake solid wood, you can check the clarity of the surface texture. Good paintwork makes the surface texture more transparent and can restore the natural texture of the solid wood itself. You can also check the wood grain. If the internal and external textures are consistent, it means that it is real solid wood.

We own forests overseas, providing first-hand, premium timber to guarantee the quality of our solid wood raw materials.

"Afraid" of deformation and paint peeling

Regarding moisture content treatment, a scientific long-term curing process is carried out at the raw material stage. After curing, the internal stress of the wood is fully released. The dry-bulb and wet-bulb temperatures of the boards are controlled through the drying kiln process, which deeply controls the internal moisture content of the wood to be consistent with the external moisture content, ensuring that the boards will not crack, deform, or peel off in the later stages.

Our solid wood boards use German Junfer paint, which is known for its high quality and environmental friendliness. It is also one of the recognized environmentally friendly paint brands, so you can use it without any worries.

"Afraid" of woodworms

Many people worry about woodworm in wood-based panels. Woodworm in solid wood panels is actually related to the tree species, moisture content, and living environment.

Throughout the entire production process, strict procedures are implemented at every stage to ensure the quality of the wood. We select high-quality base materials and tree species that are more suitable for the quality requirements of the boards. We also conduct long-term conditioning treatment on the raw materials to control the moisture content. We kill insect eggs by steaming the wood at high temperatures, which kills about 99% of the insect eggs in the wood. We also destroy the survival environment of insect eggs through drying and conditioning. Finally, we control the moisture content of the wood through a balanced conditioning cycle process to minimize the risk of woodworm infestation.
