Wood veneer furniture panels are made from high-quality, environmentally friendly multi-layer plywood, blockboard, and formaldehyde-free OSB core board as the base material, using self-developed pure natural soybean plant glue. They undergo dozens of processes including hot and cold pressing, sanding, and advanced treatments. With advantages such as structural stability, resistance to deformation, and environmental friendliness, they are currently the preferred material for high-end cabinets, wardrobes, and furniture.
1. Solid wood veneer for a high-end feel
Wood veneer furniture panels use precious solid wood veneers (or engineered wood veneers) with a thickness of 0.5mm or more, resulting in a stronger three-dimensional effect and clearer texture.
2. High-quality base material with stable performance
Wood veneer furniture panels are made from carefully selected high-quality, environmentally friendly multi-layer plywood, blockboard, and OSB core board as base materials, ensuring stable performance, no cracking, and resistance to deformation.
3. Formaldehyde-free, healthy and environmentally friendly
Using the company's independently developed pure natural soybean plant adhesive, the traditional model of using chemical adhesives in the board industry is overturned, enabling the board to achieve formaldehyde-free environmental performance.
-Soybean plant gum, a truly formaldehyde-free, healthy, and environmentally friendly adhesive-
Formaldehyde is an unavoidable byproduct of chemical adhesives, while soybean plant-based adhesive is a completely natural and green product made from renewable soybean meal and using water as a dispersion medium, producing no pollution even during its production process. Its environmental performance has been tested by the authoritative national testing department, the "National Forestry Bureau Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center." Test results show that boards using soybean plant-based adhesive achieve formaldehyde-free environmental performance, exceeding the current highest national standard, E0 level. The advent of soybean plant-based adhesive fundamentally solves the formaldehyde release problem of traditional adhesives, resolving a global challenge that has plagued the entire engineered wood products industry for many years.
4. Seamless splicing, flawless
Wood veneer furniture panels use thick-skin seamless splicing technology, which, compared to thin-skin hand-veneered panels, has the characteristics of no overlapping and no gaps in the wood veneer, bringing you a perfect experience.
