[Abstract] A method for preparing PTUF resin adhesive for E0 grade outdoor plywood: Step 1: Stir and add PT activating solution, first batch of urea U①, first batch of formaldehyde solution F①; heat to 88-92℃ and react for 40 min; Step 2: Add second batch of urea U②, second batch of formaldehyde solution F②; gradually add first batch of NaOH solution NaOH① within 30 min, react at 85-88℃ for 70 min; Step 3: Add third batch of urea U③, third batch of formaldehyde solution F③, gradually add second batch of NaOH solution NaOH② within 20 min, react at 85-88℃ until the viscosity reaches 40-50 s, and the viscosity is measured by the 70℃ Vote-4 cup test; Step 4: Add fourth batch of urea U④, add third batch of NaOH solution NaOH③, react at 80-85℃ for 10-20 min, cool to below 45℃ and discharge to obtain E0 grade PTUF resin adhesive for outdoor plywood.
