Shunxin board uses formaldehyde-free isocyanate glue, a luxury-grade material, in its production. Compared to traditional OSB boards, blockboards, and plywood made with urea-formaldehyde glue, Shunxin board not only uses formaldehyde-free glue but also releases trace amounts of formaldehyde naturally present in the wood through a continuous ultra-high temperature hot-pressing process. This ensures that the board is truly green, healthy, and environmentally friendly, allowing you to say goodbye to formaldehyde pollution during home renovation.
Crafted with high quality
Softboard is made from carefully selected native poplar trees with a growth cycle of 80-120 years and a diameter of no less than 20cm. After being sliced into sheets, four layers of logs are laid in a crisscross pattern, with a regular ratio of surface and core layers. Three layers are oriented in a specific direction and then refined using a 12-foot-wide continuous press production line in Grinzelbach, Germany. The resulting board is completely seamless and free of voids, with a uniform and dense structure. Compared to traditional OSB boards with inconsistent density on the surface and inside, or plywood with gaps in the core material, Softboard truly achieves stability and resistance to deformation, and has strong nail-holding properties. It can withstand processing requirements from all sides, making furniture more sturdy.
