Using environmentally friendly adhesives developed in-house, the company strictly controls the process from the very beginning to ensure the plywood's environmental performance. Plywood is made by gluing adjacent veneer layers with their fibers aligned perpendicularly to each other; the odd-numbered layers create a more stable bond. Plywood is lightweight, strong, has a low thermal conductivity, and is easy to process, making it widely used.

Integrated board

The core panels of the engineered wood panels are all made from high-quality solid wood raw materials, naturally fragrant with the scent of raw wood. The finger-jointed texture of the engineered wood panels is natural and refreshing. The finger-jointing technology ensures natural stability. New digital splicing technology results in a naturally beautiful appearance and high cost-effectiveness. Over twenty years of experience have led to mature finger-jointing technology that not only reduces glue usage but also maintains product stability, significantly improving the environmental performance of the panels.

OSB

OSB uses premium Canadian poplar as its raw material, combining steam pretreatment technology and West Fraser directional control technology. It undergoes 25 rigorous processes including steaming and planing to achieve five all-around performance characteristics: environmental friendliness, stability, nail holding power, load-bearing capacity, and moisture resistance. Furthermore, the production process uses highly active MDI formaldehyde-free adhesive, followed by an ultra-high temperature hot-pressing process to release trace amounts of formaldehyde from the natural wood, achieving ENF level, truly making it green, healthy, and environmentally friendly.
