Preservative-treated wood is natural, beautiful, and comes in a variety of colors, combining environmental protection and artistry to create an idyllic quality of life for you!
In the natural environment, wood inevitably suffers from insect infestation, decay, mold, and discoloration. Vacuum pressurization equipment is used to inject preservatives into the wood cells, allowing them to bind tightly to the cells and completely alter the original "nutrient" composition of the wood fibers. This protects the wood from damage by wood-decaying fungi, insects, marine borers, and other pests, thus extending its lifespan.
The preservative-treated wood uses environmentally friendly ACQ-D, boron compounds, copper azole, and CCA as preservatives, and is processed strictly according to the requirements of the vacuum pressure treatment process. A preservative-treated wood oil is then applied to the surface to increase the product's weather resistance. It is widely used in timber structure projects such as yacht construction, waterfront platforms, outdoor pavilions, and boardwalks.
The preservative-treated wood is produced using a high-pressure system at 30 atmospheres to ensure the penetration and retention of the preservative agent. This ensures that the product not only meets the wood preservation standards of the American AWPA and GB/T22102-2008, but also meets the preservation requirements for bamboo and precious hardwoods, thus guaranteeing the stability and superior quality of the preservative-treated wood products.
Characteristics of preservative-treated wood:
Naturally beautiful, environmentally friendly and comfortable, safe and sturdy;
It is corrosion-resistant, mildew-resistant, insect-resistant, moth-proof, enhances wood stability, and extends its outdoor service life.
It has good strength, impact toughness, adhesive properties, and strong nail-holding power;
Easy to make, paint and color, achieving ideal results;
It is even more effective in harsh environments, and with proper handling, it can last for more than 30 years when used outdoors.
Applications of preservative-treated wood:
Preservative-treated wood is suitable for outdoor pavilions, wooden bridges, boardwalks, wooden floors, courtyard platforms, waterside pavilions and corridors, flower racks and fences, walkways and docks, children's play areas, flower beds, trash cans, outdoor tables and chairs, waterwheels, wooden villas, carbonized preservative-treated wood bathroom lights, and various other wood structure projects.
