Wardrobes are a common large item in our daily home decoration. As a frequently used item, wardrobes must be sturdy, durable, have ample storage, and be stylish and beautiful.
With so many wardrobe categories, how many do you know? And what style suits you best?
Hinged
Hinged wardrobes are probably familiar to everyone. The cabinet has built-in handles; you pull the handles outwards to use it. This simple operation has made them incredibly popular, and many families still use them. However, simplicity doesn't mean plainness; with the right styling, hinged wardrobes can be incredibly stylish.
However, it should be noted that hinged doors require a relatively large bedroom area, and may not be very practical for small bedrooms.
Push-pull type
Sliding wardrobes eliminate the need for manual pulling; a gentle push is all it takes to move the doors, saving time and effort.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding door wardrobes offer ample storage capacity. Items not currently in use can be stored in the top cabinets, ensuring the wardrobe remains clutter-free. Furthermore, sliding doors don't require a large amount of space.
Open type
If you find hinged doors cumbersome, you can simply remove the door panels to create an open wardrobe. This type of wardrobe has a more display-oriented feel, and good design can better showcase the homeowner's taste.
Open wardrobes, including larger walk-in closets, are simple and clear. With a limited wardrobe, you can easily grab what you need without rummaging through drawers. An L-shaped wardrobe, recessed into the wall, can effectively solve the problem of beams in corners. Open wardrobes extend the visual experience, making them both aesthetically pleasing and timeless.
The downside is that this type of wardrobe might not be suitable for people who aren't very diligent about cleaning, as it can look messy and disorganized if not cleaned regularly.
