Particleboard: This is a type of engineered wood product made by gluing together wood chips or other lignocellulosic materials with adhesives under heat and pressure. It is also called "solid wood particleboard".
Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) is a type of fiberboard. It is a type of engineered wood product made from wood fibers or other plant fibers, which are crushed, separated, dried, and then bonded with urea-formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesives before being hot-pressed.
Solid wood boards: Solid wood boards are wood panels made from whole pieces of timber (logs). Solid wood boards are generally classified according to the actual material of the board (log material), and there are no uniform standard specifications.
We would like to recommend Luli Group's new product – high-grade solid wood finger-jointed eco-board. Because this type of solid wood finger-jointed board uses very little glue in the production process and is non-toxic and odorless, it is more environmentally friendly and more suitable as a wardrobe material for the bedroom.
Note: Zero formaldehyde ≠ No formaldehyde
Experts believe that "the statement 'zero formaldehyde' is not entirely accurate. Currently, there are two international standards for formaldehyde emission: E0 and E1. China's E0 standard is basically equivalent to the European E1 standard, which is equivalent to only 0.05 milligrams of formaldehyde per cubic meter. After high-quality boards are edge-sealed, it is virtually impossible for the formaldehyde inside to be released. Therefore, zero formaldehyde actually means zero formaldehyde emission, not that the material itself contains no formaldehyde."
