Strict material selection
The Aoxiang board series uses carefully selected fresh log shavings that are thin-skinned, free of rot and insect holes, and of uniform size. The shavings are white in appearance, have minimal shape differences, and result in a high-quality finished product.
Remove impurities
Made from large-diameter, high-quality, fresh logs, using premium intermediate timber, and removing bark and branches, the boards are free of rotten impurities such as bark, resulting in pure, impurity-free boards with a clean and beautiful overall appearance.
Fine material paving
The board adopts a multi-layer structure, with fine wood shavings laid on the upper and lower surfaces, which effectively reduces the possibility of carbonization, bubbling, and wavy patterns after the surface is pressed, and significantly improves the flatness of the surface.
Exquisite craftsmanship
Made using advanced German Industry 4.0 equipment, and through multiple processes such as rotary cutting, hot pressing, and sanding, the surface is smooth, flat, and burr-free, easily meeting various finishing processes, with a variety of colorful designs to choose from.
