The agonizing monologue of a piece of wood

2025-11-04

From an ordinary tree at the beginning to the final product with different shapes, styles and beauty, the process is like the transformation from an ugly duckling to a swan.

How complex is this transformation from raw materials to finished products?

My hometown is a world-renowned timber producing country.

From a sapling to a large tree ready to be felled, I have gone through decades, weathering wind and rain, and have developed a sturdy body.

The timber travels tens of thousands of kilometers through timber-producing areas such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Congo, the United States, Canada, and Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, and Hebei in China. After being cut, peeled, dried, steamed, and processed through multiple steps, it must undergo a final screening before it can become a qualified standard board.

My transformation was a high-level artistic practice.

My homeowner wanted a green, environmentally friendly, and healthy home. The top ten wood-based panel brands put his requirements into practice.

From that moment on, my fate was sealed.

The demanding standards of the top ten board brands and the high expectations of my clients are the root causes of my arduous polishing process.

From warehouse to production line, through multiple processes and a long process of refinement, it has been honed by the workshop masters to become a unique and irreplaceable model with excellent spatial and three-dimensional effects.

My attitude is an indispensable part of every refined moment in life.

Every "I" has my own unique story.

Behind the exquisite, luxurious, tasteful, elegant, and classic home furnishings, "we" have always been expressing our yearning for life and our pursuit of an ideal living environment.

"We" do not exist for the sake of a simple living space, but are a dream, an enjoyment, and a cultural connotation. Every little detail of "we" is a reflection of the homeowner's emotional attachment to their home.

The German classical poet Hölderlin once said that man should dwell poetically. Our existence is to realize the dream of poetic dwelling for every master.
