The solid wood core panel is made of poplar plywood. Poplar wood with a growth cycle of over 30 years is selected and rotary-cut into core panels. The fibers are vertically distributed across each layer, resulting in a more stable structure.

The cabinet door components use a 360° PVC wrapping process, which effectively isolates the air, reproduces the original texture of solid wood, and is moisture-proof, wear-resistant, and scratch-resistant.
German Adhesive King formaldehyde-free PUR waterproof adhesive cures in 3-5 days, effectively preventing phenomena such as coating rebound and delamination. It boasts excellent bonding strength and is sturdy and durable.
More three-dimensional lines
The raw wood substrate is sturdy and highly malleable. It is milled 360° using a four-sided planer, resulting in exquisite carving and smooth, flowing lines.
