According to statistics from the Fire and Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Emergency Management, a total of 237,000 fires were reported nationwide in 2018, resulting in direct property losses of 3.675 billion yuan. This multi-layer board product is made from high-quality Northeast poplar wood aged over 30 years as veneer raw material, undergoes 180 days of natural conditioning, and is processed through dozens of processes such as drying, cold pressing, and hot pressing.
The board consists of an odd number of veneers, with the fibers of adjacent veneers perpendicular to each other. The oriented layers are joined using a fully toothed joint process, comprehensively improving the bonding strength and structural stability of the product. The board surface is flat, with clear layers, and it is moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, and highly weather-resistant.
Fully transparent process for more thorough flame retardancy
Employing 360° high-pressure full-penetration flame-retardant technology, the flame retardant fully penetrates the wood fibers, providing flame retardancy layer by layer from the inside out. It cuts off the oxygen supply, prevents energy exchange between the wood surface and the environment, slows down the thermal decomposition of the wood, and inhibits the production of combustible gases.

The 6th generation environmentally friendly resin adhesive process features real-time testing of 15 international physical and chemical indicators, and its environmental performance surpasses industry standards and national standards.

According to tests conducted by national authoritative institutions, the product has passed the GB8624-2012 "Classification of Burning Performance of Building Materials and Products" B1 grade flame-retardant material test and meets the GB20286-2006 "Requirements and Marking of Burning Performance of Flame-Retardant Products and Components in Public Places" flame-retardant material standard.
The flame retardancy, smoke suppression, and smoke toxicity indicators all meet or even exceed the national B1-level flame retardant material requirements.
