01. Appearance

02. Structure
Currently, there are three types of eco-friendly boards on the market. The first type is made of medium-density fiberboard (MDF) with adhesive paper laminated on it. This type of board has a lower environmental protection coefficient, poor nail holding power, and is prone to deformation. The second type is made of plywood as the base material. Although this type of eco-friendly board is of better quality than the first type, it is still prone to delamination. The third type is made of solid wood board with adhesive paper laminated on it. This type of eco-friendly board has higher requirements for the process and has very good stability and bonding.
03. Adhesives
Since all eco-friendly boards use adhesives, and inferior adhesives can lead to excessive formaldehyde emissions, the quality of the adhesive directly affects the quality of the eco-friendly board. E0-grade eco-friendly boards use F4-star non-formaldehyde thermoplastic resin instead of glue in their production, resulting in a strong and stable bond and lower formaldehyde emissions in the finished product.

While understanding the quality of the boards is important, the most crucial factor to consider is the formaldehyde emission level of the boards used in furniture.
