What problems have you encountered during the selection and use of boards ?
Based on this issue, Xiaoye interviewed people of different ages and professions and summarized three typical pain points: deformation , insect infestation , and odor .

"Everything was fine during the initial inspection of the new house renovation, but now I occasionally find a few wood shavings in the corners of the cabinets. I guess they've been infested by insects. It's still a bit unsettling to see this in a new house that I've only lived in for a short time."

"Over the years, I've seen all sorts of different types of boards. The strong smell and lack of environmental friendliness are really difficult issues to resolve. You know, most clients have very high requirements for environmental quality and smell, so I've tried many different brands of boards, but I still haven't been able to solve this problem."

On April 29th, the Da Wang Ye 2019 New Product Strategy Launch Conference was held, officially releasing a new wood species, namely the upgraded and replaced cedar wood – New Cedar – which was selected after nearly 100 wood species explorations, 1280 wood tests, and 27520 data comparisons.

Due to its unique wood species characteristics, the new cedar exhibits superior tensile and compressive strength, making it less prone to cracking and warping. The new cedar logs undergo a 10-day low-temperature drying process at overseas sourcing bases to ensure uniform moisture content and minimize deformation.
Natural wood is resistant to insects and borers.

New cedar logs are sourced from Southeast Asian forests. The wood has a dense structure, making it more effective at preventing insect infestation than other wood species. During the production process, new cedar undergoes a high-temperature steaming process, which amplifies the wood's characteristics and further enhances its insect-resistant properties.
Formaldehyde-free, environmentally friendly, and odorless

Using environmentally friendly soybean gum, it undergoes three formaldehyde removal processes: ultra-high temperature instant purification, formaldehyde-free polymerization, and unique formaldehyde removal, effectively removing formaldehyde and other harmful substances. The finished product has no odor, and the formaldehyde release is ≤0.03mg/m³, meeting the formaldehyde-free enterprise standard and exceeding the national standard by 3 times.
