02. Regarding the cleaning and removal

Yi Jing: Formaldehyde purification efficiency ≥80%

A specialized formaldehyde-removing material containing a large amount of amino groups is added during the paper impregnation process. This material exhibits strong reactivity, reacting with formaldehyde at the C-6 position, making it difficult for adsorbed formaldehyde molecules to be released again. Through amino adsorption, a zinc-based catalyst reacts with H₂O and CO₂ in the air, generating electron-hole pairs and active oxygen, decomposing the adsorbed formaldehyde into H₂O and CO₂, thus completely solving the secondary pollution problem caused by saturation of the adsorption material. The formaldehyde purification efficiency is ≥80% in 24 hours, far exceeding the industry standard JC/T 2761-2023's requirement of ≥55% purification efficiency. 


Second division: TVOC removal rate ≥ 60%

A specialized TVOC removal material containing a large amount of amino groups is added during the paper impregnation process. This material exhibits strong reactivity, reacting with TVOCs at the C-8 position, making it difficult for adsorbed VOC molecules to be released again. At room temperature, a zinc-based catalyst reacts with oxygen and water in the air under light and room temperature conditions, generating electron-hole pairs and reactive oxygen species, oxidizing the bound VOCs into corresponding organic acids. This not only effectively increases the adsorption capacity for harmful substances but also completely solves the problem of secondary pollution caused by saturation of the adsorption material. According to the QB/T 2761-2006 method, the TVOC removal rate after 24 hours is ≥60%.
