01. Sino-Italian R&D, Wood Slab
The wood-slate slab was jointly developed by China and Italy. The Italian partner brand originated in 1952 and has over 66 years of experience in developing poplar wood products. To date, its total production capacity has reached 250,000 m³/year, and it has established Europe's first poplar LSB production line. The 3D wood-slate steel plate pressing process is used on the Italian solid wood oriented strand board (LSB), resulting in the groundbreaking and elegant wood-slate slab.
02. Solid wood oriented strand board, PMDI glue
Wood-based slabs are made from imported solid wood oriented strand board (LSB) and PMDI adhesive. The substrate consists of five layers of varying densities and a three-layer cross-laminated core, giving the slab excellent load-bearing capacity and nail-holding power. Formaldehyde-free PMDI adhesive is used, which deeply penetrates and bonds with the substrate, resulting in high bonding performance, good water resistance, and strong aging resistance. This gives the finished product excellent environmental performance and all-weather resistance to deformation.
03. New type of specially supplied board material, designed for customization.
The surface of the wood-stone slab is made of imported high-quality poplar wood, with a smooth and flawless surface. It features three major series of wood/rock/skin slab textures with breakthrough research and development.
