Every piece of TBB engineered wood flooring undergoes a 30-day production cycle, 21 production processes, and 28 standard tests, with meticulous attention to every detail. The interlocking layers of solid wood, with their mutually controlled internal stresses, ensure the flooring's high stability.

TBB has significantly expanded its overseas sourcing bases, including in Africa and the Americas, and has completely abandoned B and C grade substrates. All substrates are now imported A grade materials, thus maximizing the stability and environmental friendliness of the products and keeping your home decoration free from the harm of inferior boards, ensuring complete health and peace of mind.

Super wear-resistant and scratch-resistant properties

The flooring is produced using a complete Italian Imetech UV roller coating line and German Junfer UV paint throughout the process. The paint molecules completely penetrate the wood fibers, resulting in outstanding wear resistance, scratch resistance, and impact resistance. The main venue and main banquet hall of the Shanghai World Expo used TBB's engineered wood flooring, which withstood 73 million footsteps and remained in excellent condition, demonstrating its unparalleled wear resistance.

Superior resistance to geothermal heat and temperature differences

The special geothermal-resistant substrate and interlaced internal structure effectively resist the effects of external environmental changes and high geothermal temperatures, and minimize the floor's expansion coefficient, avoiding deformation and expansion caused by large temperature differences, making it suitable for geothermal environments.

Wood veneer thickness is only specified for standard tolerances.

According to national standards, the tolerance for the thickness of the solid wood veneer in engineered wood flooring is +/-0.05mm. However, TBB promises that our upgraded products will only have positive tolerances, never negative tolerances, expressing our commitment to using the finest materials. Furthermore, the surface panels of our multi-layer engineered wood flooring are all made from imported precious tree species, fully showcasing a noble, natural, elegant, and tasteful decorative effect.
