Are solid wood eco-boards environmentally friendly?

Compared to other types of engineered wood products, eco-friendly boards have a higher wood utilization rate, and the manufacturing process involves the addition of few or no harmful substances. Increased wood utilization effectively reduces deforestation and timber loss. Furthermore, reduced wood damage lowers factory production costs and provides tangible benefits to consumers, preventing costs from being passed on to the end consumer.
Furthermore, the latest environmental protection standards recently released by the state are E1 (≤0.124mg/m³), E0 (≤0.050mg/m³), and ENF (≤0.025mg/m³). Huajie Wood Panels took the lead, having already passed the quality requirements of the formaldehyde-free grade (≤0.03mg/m³) of the group standard "Formaldehyde-Free Wood-based Panels and Their Products" formulated by the China Forest Products Industry Association in early January this year. Testing by the inspection center showed that the formaldehyde emission of the panel substrate was as low as 0.017mg/m³, thus obtaining the formaldehyde-free certification.
Where can solid wood eco-boards be used?
Solid wood eco-boards require no painting during use, and their environmental performance is further enhanced after edge banding. Furthermore, their excellent physical properties, such as water resistance, moisture resistance, and scratch resistance, effectively extend the lifespan of the finished product, further conserving resources and improving wood utilization. Due to these characteristics, solid wood eco-boards are widely used in mid-to-high-end residential decoration. In addition, they are also widely used in commercial buildings, schools, hospitals, hotels, and public facilities.
