When wood meets architecture, it creates a rustic charm and a resilient vitality. Bestselling OSB boards are precisely such an environmentally friendly material for interior decoration and wooden construction. Let's embark on a journey to learn more about OSB and discover more related knowledge!

Oriented strand board (OSB), commonly known domestically, is a product used in Europe and America to replace plywood. It is widely used and is a mainstream engineered wood product. OSB is primarily suitable for large-scale modern building construction and decoration, and is also widely used in the construction of private residences and villas.

OSB (Oriented Strand Board) is made from high-quality poplar wood from Canada. It combines steam pretreatment technology and West Fraser directional control technology. It is refined through 25 strict processes, including steaming, slicing, screening, directional laying, and continuous flat pressing, making OSB an all-rounder in five aspects: environmental protection, stability, nail holding, load-bearing capacity, and moisture resistance.

1. Stable performance

OSB uses a multi-layer longitudinal and transverse oriented structure, consisting of four layers of paving and three layers of oriented arrangement and longitudinal and transverse pressing. The internal structure is neat, and the solid wood shavings restrain each other, resulting in better stability, load-bearing capacity and nail-holding power. It is also resistant to deformation in both humid and dry environments.

2. Environmental protection

OSB uses formaldehyde-free, highly active MDI adhesive throughout the entire production process. It boasts strong adhesion, excellent weather resistance, and is more environmentally friendly, meeting the highest national ENF environmental standard. This eliminates formaldehyde generation at the source, achieving true formaldehyde-free production and creating a healthier and safer home environment for consumers.

3. Non-standard customization

OSB offers custom-made products in non-standard sizes, with existing products reaching lengths of up to 7 meters and thicknesses of up to 25 mm, while maintaining superior resistance to deformation and load-bearing capacity. These products can play a significant role in the interior decoration and renovation of large spaces such as villas, hotels, and public projects.
