From a seedling to a mature tree, it goes through countless journeys, weathers countless storms, and endures countless hardships before it can grow into a usable timber. Yunxiang wood originates from Indonesia and Malaysia and belongs to the tropical rainforest wood species of Southeast Asia. It has a robust physique and compact wood, high hardness and excellent material quality, and is known as the "gem tree".
Made from carefully selected high-quality hardwoods, specifically from golden-age fragrant wood trees, with a diameter of at least 30cm and a wood density of up to 500kg/m³, ensuring better stability and flatness of the boards.
Multiple quality inspections and strict control
Domestically produced core boards are finished boards made from core boards that undergo factory inspection according to national recommended standards, with different products subject to different standards. Imported core boards, on the other hand, must meet the various production quality and environmental protection requirements of the country or region of origin, and also receive secondary guarantees from my country's animal and plant quarantine inspection, customs inspection, and environmental protection inspection.
Upon import, Yunxiang wood core boards undergo phytosanitary testing, wood species origin certification, customs inspection, and environmental protection testing in my country, and are classified as Grade A products. Upon entering the factory, they undergo rigorous testing to ensure the core thickness and moisture content meet requirements. Finished products also undergo factory inspection according to national standards before leaving the factory, guaranteeing high quality in all aspects.
Transformation is a high-level art
The new Yunxiangmu product has undergone a further upgrade in process and quality control, building upon the existing 120-degree ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure pressing technology. It features a unique spray-based formaldehyde removal technology: completely extracting formaldehyde and benzene-based free components from the board, controlling formaldehyde release to 0.3mg/L; meeting the formaldehyde-free enterprise standard.
