01. Auxiliary Material: Formaldehyde-free MDI adhesive
The free formaldehyde in wood-based panels mainly comes from adhesives. MDI formaldehyde-free adhesive is the designated adhesive used in the production of wood-based panels, replacing the less environmentally friendly synthetic urea-formaldehyde adhesive. MDI formaldehyde-free adhesive, also known as a new type of medical-grade eco-friendly adhesive, has excellent characteristics such as being formaldehyde-free, having strong adhesion, and being waterproof and moisture-resistant. 02. Advanced Formaldehyde Removal Technology
Wood itself contains trace amounts of formaldehyde, and the process of removing formaldehyde is closely related to the drying and hot-pressing processes used in board manufacturing. Wood-based slabs utilize digital drying technology to reduce the moisture content of the substrate, constant hot-pressing at 190℃, and fully enclosed high-temperature rapid heat treatment technology to powerfully and thoroughly remove the free formaldehyde components from the board. Multiple advanced formaldehyde removal processes completely eliminate formaldehyde.
03. Finished Product: Leading Grade A Quality
