A2 Flame Retardant Board: Double Impregnation Technology, Genuine Flame Retardant, Preferred Product for High-End Projects

2025-11-04

With increasingly stringent fire safety requirements for public commercial spaces in China, A2 flame-retardant boards, with their technological and quality advantages of "double immersion technology and genuine flame retardant," have expanded nationwide from Guangzhou, becoming the preferred product for high-end projects such as the Guangzhou Tower, Chongqing Raffles City, Chengdu Global Center, and Shenzhen Kingkey 100 Tower.

Non-combustible materials, safe and environmentally friendly

Non-combustible materials are one of the advantages of A2 flame-retardant boards. The surface is made of fire-resistant materials, while the core is made of non-combustible materials such as magnesium oxide board and calcium silicate board. The product meets the GB8624-2012 A2 standard and has an environmental protection level of E1. The formaldehyde emission is ≤1.5mg/L, which is safe and harmless to the human body. It is a green and environmentally friendly non-combustible material that meets the needs of high-end projects for highly flame-retardant and environmentally friendly flame-retardant boards.

Double immersion technology, genuine flame retardant

To enhance the flame retardant performance of the product, all the veneers used are thoroughly soaked twice, allowing the flame retardant in each layer of the board to fully dissolve into every wood cell, achieving an A2-level flame retardant effect. The product has been tested by national safety authorities and does not burn, spread, collapse, or melt when baked at a high temperature of 1200℃, making its flame retardant effect more reliable than that of ordinary flame retardant board products.

Rich in finishes and widely applicable

A2 flame-retardant boards, after being laminated, offer a rich variety of finishes and natural textures. With hundreds of colors and patterns, there's sure to be one to satisfy even the most discerning eye. They also possess excellent physical and mechanical properties and can be processed into decorative structures through sawing, planing, and nailing. They are widely used in the production of wall panels, ceiling panels, fireproof boards, waterproof boards, or as a substitute for wood plywood in wainscoting, doors, windows, and furniture.

We have been committed to the research and development of new fireproof and flame-retardant materials. After years of exploration, we have formed a set of internationally leading double-immersion technology, which fills the gap in the domestic field of non-combustible A2-grade flame-retardant boards. It has become a commonly used product in large-scale projects with high fire protection requirements, such as airports, convention centers, sports venues, hotels, and office buildings.
