Furthermore, due to its excellent sealing properties, it can effectively block the release of toxic gases contained in the board itself, making it more environmentally friendly.

High-gloss paint products, due to the application of a sealing primer to the edges, multiple coats of paint, a thick paint film, and excellent sealing effect, possess characteristics such as waterproofing, moisture resistance, resistance to deformation, high hardness, good wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and heat resistance.

How to judge the quality of painted steel sheets?

Method 1: Observation Method

The shape is well-proportioned, the lines are smooth, and the transitions are relatively natural, indicating that there are no raised paint blocks; the surface has no local bright spots, no dense mesh patterns or obvious polishing marks, and the surface is as smooth as a mirror.

Method 2: Pencil Method

When you draw a line across the surface with a 2B pencil, there are no obvious marks or defects after wiping it with cotton wool.
