Four Reasons to Choose the New Type of MDI Adhesive
01
MDI glue contains no formaldehyde, and the environmental performance of the boards is comparable to that of solid wood.
02
MDI adhesive is insoluble in water and separates upon contact with water, effectively providing waterproofing and moisture resistance. Boards made from it can be used in kitchens and bathrooms, and can also be used as outdoor materials.
03
MDI has high bonding strength, effectively improving the internal bond strength and static bending strength of the board.
04
MDI raw materials are highly stable and safe, and are widely used in consumer goods and services, including Lycra fibers for clothing and refrigerator liners.
Solid wood core: Large wood chips laid in multiple layers
01
Specialized equipment processes the material into long, slender planers (typically 40-100mm long, 5-20mm wide, and 0.3-0.7mm thick), which are then used for crisscrossing directional laying. This results in extremely high internal bonding strength, providing exceptional nail-holding power in both the center and edges of the planks.
02
Made by adjustable high-temperature hot pressing at 260℃, resulting in a sheet without voids or burrs, exhibiting uniform density, thickness, and strength, free from warping and deformation. Due to the directional arrangement of its slices, it possesses high bending strength, making it suitable for structural applications and load-bearing components.
03
Raw pine wood has no odor. Pine wood itself has a faint pine scent. After the bark is removed, the pine wood does not contain bark or other easily decaying impurities, so the finished boards have no pungent odor.
Passed multiple stringent certifications
LSB high-energy home furnishing boards have passed one of the most stringent standards currently available for formaldehyde emission from composite wood products: CARB (California Air Resources Board) certification and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) certification.Certified by the World Forest Protection Agency (WPA) and the international Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), this demonstrates that Ausen's factory, while establishing an international quality control laboratory and quality management system, adheres to the concept of green resource sustainable development and is responsible for global resources and the environment.
Six major product features
Product features
Health and environmental protection
Made primarily with Australian pine and MDI glue, the production process does not involve the addition of formaldehyde or other harmful substances. This eco-friendly material promotes a healthy home environment.
Stable performance
MDI adhesive is insoluble in water and separates when exposed to water, thus the resulting boards have excellent waterproof and moisture-proof properties, making them suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and the entire house.
Rosin has no odor
Australian pine has a faint pine scent. After the bark is removed, the pine wood does not contain bark or other easily decaying impurities, so the finished boards have no pungent odor.
Strong load-bearing capacity
The slab is integrally formed under high temperature and high pressure by adopting a continuous flat pressing method with a crisscrossing multi-layer directional paving structure. As a result, it has high stability.
Strong nail holding power
After reacting with wood molecules, MDI adhesive forms strong and irreversible new chemical bonds, which efficiently bond the board and produce a strong and tough LSB high-energy furniture board, thus having excellent nail-holding power and resistance to deformation.
Easy to process and saves materials
Made from high-quality Australian pine, the wood is sliced and then hot-pressed at high temperature to form a single piece. This results in uniform density, strength, and thickness, fewer impurities, easier processing, and less material consumption.
