With the arrival of summer, the peak season for home renovations in 2019 has begun. Which type of board is of the highest quality? Which board is best for home decoration? Wood-based slabs are high-end furniture boards developed by Sino-Italian companies. They bring together top-quality Italian LSB substrate, formaldehyde-free PMDI adhesive, German IP paper, imported inks, and other international resources. The finished wood-based slabs are of the highest quality, with excellent weather resistance, colorfastness, high compressive strength, no deformation, no surface cracking, and no expansion. The wood-based slab uses PMDI adhesive as the sole glue, also known as eco-adhesive. Unlike traditional aldehyde-based adhesives, it is a formaldehyde-free isocyanate adhesive. It not only has strong adhesion but also reacts with the moisture in the board to produce a tough, water-resistant chemical bond, resulting in a formaldehyde emission level of <0.012mg/m³, which is 10 times better than the international standard. It is also waterproof and moisture-resistant, making it innovatively suitable for humid environments such as kitchens and bathrooms.

Fashionable patterns are a major highlight of wood-look slabs. The Sino-Italian team used popular Milanese home decor colors as design elements to develop a series of exquisite patterns such as marble white, granite black, rust red, ink black, red cherry, and fuchsia white. They also introduced 3D wood-look steel plate pressing technology and innovatively launched four types of slab surface processes: wood grain, matte, rock grain, and skin-like, which are very popular.
