This is a multi-layer board for furniture veneer, produced using a continuous flat pressing process. It features flatness and stability, rich surface finishes, health and environmental friendliness, moisture resistance, crack resistance, deformation resistance, and ease of processing, making it an ideal material for furniture manufacturers.

High-quality natural log core
Good boards start from the source. Penghong multi-layer core boards are made from carefully selected Grade A eco-friendly eucalyptus wood, which is denser, harder, and more corrosion-resistant than ordinary wood. Premium core samples are selected and the entire board is assembled, ensuring board quality from the core layer.
7-layer slabs laid longitudinally and transversely
The core material must be of superior quality and homogeneous. Penghong multi-layer clean core board has seven layers of veneer arranged in a "well" pattern, with quality visible layer by layer. The fully continuous core process eliminates gaps and overlaps, resulting in higher bonding strength and more even stress distribution, creating a structurally stable, more deformation-resistant, and nail-holding board.
Continuous pressure stabilization doubled
The multi-layer core board adopts an internationally advanced continuous flat-press production line with intelligent control of product precision. The overall thickness tolerance of the board is ±0.1mm, which is far superior to traditional multi-layer boards and meets the edge banding requirements of high-end edge banding machines, resulting in higher precision in furniture making.
Pine super flat panel, multi-functional
Made from carefully selected New Zealand pine, featuring long, fine fibers, double-layer homogenization, and third-generation ultra-flat layer technology, this board boasts uniform thickness, an ultra-smooth surface, and is moisture-proof and crack-resistant, making it suitable for both northern and southern climates. Furthermore, its surface hardness reaches 4H, making it resistant to impacts and minimizing operational losses.

The imported base paper is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant. The printed texture is clear and rich in layers, and it is natural in both appearance and touch. It is also UV resistant, with a sun resistance index of 6 or above, making it the best choice for high-end door panel substrates such as PET, UV, and excimer.
