The negative ion formaldehyde-purifying ecological board is a new product launched by Qiannianzhou Group in 2020. It uses composite technology to adsorb and purify formaldehyde in the air, causing it to condense into a liquid state and generate a stable, non-toxic, and harmless network polymer compound.
Under normal living and activity conditions:
First, it will not cause adsorption saturation;
Second, it generates irreversible, stable, and harmless polymeric compounds.
So, just how strong is the formaldehyde-removing ability of the negative ion formaldehyde-removing ecological board ? Qiannianzhou Laboratory conducted a detailed experiment.

Experimental methods
1. Dissolve 0.5ml of formaldehyde stock solution in 500ml of water, mix well, and then add 0.5ml of the diluted solution to two clean empty beakers respectively;
2. Place two beakers containing the same amount of formaldehyde solution into the same sealed box, then place the two types of boards into the sealed box, placing them vertically with appropriate spacing between them, and finally seal the sealed box.
3. After sealing the box, let it stand to allow the formaldehyde to diffuse naturally within the box before testing the initial value.
2-hour measurement
After letting the two sealed boxes stand for 2 hours, the values inside the two sealed boxes were measured:
The formaldehyde level in the sealed box of ordinary ecological board exceeded the range by 1.963 mg/m3; after two hours of purification, the negative ion formaldehyde-purifying ecological board showed a significant difference from ordinary boards, with a formaldehyde level of 1.060 mg/m3 in the sealed box, and it continued to decrease.
18-hour measurement
After allowing the two sealed boxes to stand for 18 hours, measure the values inside the two sealed boxes:
The formaldehyde value of a regular eco-board sealed box is 1.888 mg/m3; the formaldehyde value of a negative ion formaldehyde-purifying eco-board sealed box is 0.496 mg/m3, and it is continuously decreasing.
24-hour measurement
After letting the two sealed boxes stand for 24 hours, measure the values inside the two sealed boxes:
The formaldehyde value of a regular eco-board sealed box is 1.755 mg/m3; the formaldehyde value of a negative ion formaldehyde-purifying eco-board sealed box is 0.159 mg/m3, and it is continuously decreasing.

Negative ions carry a negative charge, while dust, particles, animal hair, and other substances in the air carry a positive charge. Negative ions can adsorb, condense, and settle these pollutants on the ground. Therefore, negative ion formaldehyde-removing eco-boards can not only control the release of free formaldehyde, but also efficiently capture and decompose free formaldehyde in the surrounding air, improving the air quality of the space where the board is used.
Purify the air
Negative ions in the air can actively capture small dust particles, causing them to condense and settle, effectively removing dust particles of 2.5 micrometers (PM2.5) and below, and even dust particles of 0.01 micrometers, and attaching harmful pollutants to them and causing them to settle to the ground.
Antibacterial and sterilizing, eliminates odors
Negative ion formaldehyde-removing ecological boards not only inhibit bacterial growth on furniture surfaces but also significantly reduce the reproduction of microorganisms on the board surface, achieving a continuous bacterial removal rate of over 90%, thus safeguarding indoor safety. Tests conducted by a testing agency under laboratory conditions have confirmed that the negative ion formaldehyde-removing ecological board has an antibacterial rate of 99.68% against E. coli AS1.90 (Test Report No.: STD-20200106-037N).
