Solid wood double-core ecological board structure

Solid wood dual-core eco-board construction: A 2.8mm fir core is laminated on each side with a 1.6mm eucalyptus veneer for a base, then reinforced with a 1.4mm poplar veneer. The board is then covered with 48-filament technical veneer and high-end ink-based eco-paper. This unique 42-step production process combines the strength and stability of eucalyptus with the flexibility and finesse of poplar, resulting in a meticulously crafted, solid wood dual-core eco-board.

Compared with ordinary ecological boards, each side has one more layer of core material.

Solid wood dual-core eco-friendly boards are manufactured using organic soy glue as an adhesive. This adhesive is free of harmful substances like aldehydes and benzene, ensuring the board's exceptional health and environmental performance, rivaling that of natural wood. This formaldehyde-free, environmentally friendly quality is the core of solid wood dual-core eco-friendly boards' market competitiveness.

Stable quality, good flatness, and anti-deformation

Fir dual-core eco-board features a nine-layer structure, replacing the typical single-layer core board on each side with two layers. Combining the strength of eucalyptus and the toughness of poplar, the dual-core eco-board offers superior impact resistance, including excellent seismic and impact resistance, as well as bending strength. Improved manufacturing processes lower the moisture content of solid wood dual-core boards to 4%-5%, compared to 8%-10% for standard finished boards. This lower moisture content makes it less susceptible to deformation.

Each side has an extra layer of board core, 42 production processes, and continuous improvement. After pressing high-end ink ecological paper, the surface texture is more delicate and realistic, exquisite and beautiful.

The double-core solid wood board enhances the nail holding force on both the front and side surfaces, solving the problem of poor nail holding force in common eco-friendly boards.
