Quality boards start from the source. Penghong's multi-layer clean core boards are made from carefully selected, first-grade ecological eucalyptus wood. Compared to ordinary wood, they are denser, harder, and more corrosion-resistant. High-quality cores are selected and assembled from the entire board, ensuring board quality from the core layer.

The core of the board must be high-quality and homogeneous. Penghong's multi-layer clean core board has seven layers of single board arranged in a "well" shape, and the quality is visible layer by layer. The fully continuous core process has no flash seams or overlaps, and the board has higher bond strength and uniform stress, creating a high-quality board with stable structure, greater resistance to deformation, and stronger nail holding power.

Continuous flat pressure stability doubled

The multi-layer clean core board adopts the internationally advanced continuous flat pressing production line, intelligently controls product precision, and the overall thickness tolerance of the board is ±0.1mm, which is much better than traditional multi-layer boards. It meets the edge banding requirements of high-end edge banding machines and enables furniture making to be more refined.

Pine wood super flat board with multiple functions

Selected New Zealand pine, with long fiber and fine material, is double-laid for homogeneous paving, and third-generation super-flat ply technology ensures uniform thickness and an ultra-flat surface, making it moisture-resistant and crack-resistant, suitable for use in both northern and southern regions. Furthermore, its surface hardness reaches 4H, making it resistant to bumps and impacts, while minimizing operational losses.

Imported base paper is used for wear-resistant and scratch-resistant finishing. The printing texture is clear and the layers are rich. It tends to be natural both visually and tactilely. It is UV-resistant and has a sun resistance index of more than level 6. It is the only choice for high-end door panel substrates such as PET, UV, and excimer.
