PK wood material
Domestic board core: In order to meet market needs, the logs used for board cores in the domestic market are mainly fir species, with straight wood grain, uniform structure, light and soft material, and most of them are 15cm in diameter.
Imported board core: mainly uses imported wood as raw material, the wood is harder, not easy to deform, the pattern is beautiful, the available diameter is large, the wood density is uniform, and the stability is good.
#Material Stability#
We select high-quality hardwood, taken from golden-age nanmu trees, with a diameter of at least 30cm and a wood density of up to 500kg/m³, to better ensure the stability and flatness of the boards.
PK Raw Material Grading
Domestic board core: Domestic logs are used as raw materials. According to national standards, various commercial woods are graded mainly according to the defects of domestic logs, usually divided into grades one, two, three and four.
Imported board core: mainly uses imported wood as raw material. Countries that frequently export wood also have very complete grading standards for wood, and the holes/missing edges/decay/warping allowed in each grade are clearly divided.

It uses imported logs from Indonesia and is classified as a first-class product. The board surface quality, material, moisture content, glue strength and other aspects are all first-class.
PK raw material value
Domestic board core: The raw materials used are mostly medium and low-grade woods with high survival rates that can be planted on a large scale. Because domestic precious woods are protected species and large tracts of forests are prohibited from commercial logging, high-grade woods are rare in domestic board cores.
Imported board core: The raw materials used are mostly high-grade wood, because foreign countries have a complete batch planting management system and rich forest resources for export.

The raw material is a type of precious wood species, the yellow beam wood. Its properties and appearance are similar to gemstones, earning it the nickname "Gem Tree." The core of the board has the same high flatness, low deformation coefficient, and high-end texture as the original wood.
PK processing
Domestic board core: In order to quickly supply the market needs, many ordinary domestic board core manufacturers use whole square wood slices and then quickly dry them at high temperature for 24 hours. As a result, the raw material slices come into contact with and absorb water molecules in the air during the cooling stage, which makes it easy for moisture to return.
Imported board core: refers to imported wood that is processed into semi-finished board core products abroad and then imported into the country. While ensuring the performance of the wood species, it is also necessary to ensure that the processing flow from logs to board core is perfect so that the final product can pass customs quality inspection, so there are certain requirements on the processing technology.

#Unique drying process#

Domestic board core: Generally, the finished board products made are in accordance with the national recommended standards, and different products are inspected before leaving the factory according to different standards.
Imported board core: The board core has various production quality and environmental protection index requirements of the producing country or region, and also has secondary guarantees such as my country's animal and plant quarantine inspection, customs inspection, and environmental protection inspection.

It undergoes strict inspection upon entering the factory to check whether the thickness and moisture content of the board core meet the requirements.
