Gem trees imported from overseas

The cloudwood is native to Indonesia and Malaysia. It is a tropical rainforest wood species in Southeast Asia. It has a strong physique and compact wood, high hardness and high quality material. It is known as the "gem tree".
We select high-quality hardwood, taken from the golden age of Yunxiang wood, with a diameter of at least 30cm and a wood density of up to 500kg/m³, to better ensure the stability and flatness of the board.
Multiple quality inspections and strict control
Domestic core boards are finished products made from core boards and are manufactured according to national recommended standards, with different products undergoing factory inspection according to different standards. Imported core boards, on the other hand, are subject to various production quality and environmental index requirements of the producing country or region, and also undergo secondary safeguards such as animal and plant quarantine inspection, customs inspection, and environmental inspection in my country.
Yunxiang wood core board is inspected by my country's plant quarantine, wood species origin certification, customs inspection, and environmental protection inspection upon import, and is classified as a Grade A product; it undergoes strict inspection upon entering the factory to check whether the thickness and moisture content of the board core meet the requirements; the finished product is also subject to factory inspection in accordance with national standards before leaving the factory to ensure high quality in all aspects.
Transformation is a high-end art
Building on the existing 120°C ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure pressing technology, the new Yunxiangmu product has undergone a further upgrade in both process and quality control. Its unique spray-formaldehyde removal technology completely removes free formaldehyde and benzene from the board, controlling formaldehyde emissions to 0.3mg/L, achieving enterprise-grade formaldehyde-free standards.
