Boards made with inferior glue not only fail to meet bonding strength standards but are also likely to contain high concentrations of harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde, posing a potential health risk.

Moisture content

Although the internal material and appearance of multi-layer boards have become stable after undergoing multiple steps of fine production, fluctuations in moisture content can still cause problems such as board deformation and cracking.

To address this issue, Fuqing uses a breathing drying technology, fully grinding and drying the single board. This reduces the moisture content of the multi-layer board to 8% to 12%, the average moisture content of the environment in which it is located. This achieves a harmonious coexistence between the board and the relative humidity of the atmosphere, neither actively absorbing external moisture nor releasing excess moisture.
