What is dyed veneer?

How is veneer stained?
The processes for veneer dyeing include diffusion method, reduced pressure diffusion method, pressurized injection method, reduced pressure injection method, etc.

Veneer dyeing: an effective way to increase the added value of fast-growing hardwood
Regardless of the method used, the essence of veneer dyeing is to reshape its color. The first step of "reshaping" requires "fading" the veneer, usually using hydrogen peroxide for bleaching.
Then, acid dye is used to mix the dye required for the design, and the temperature, pressure and time are controlled to allow the dye to fully penetrate into the interior of the veneer.
Finally, a series of operations are carried out, including soap washing, color fixing, drying, baking, leveling, cutting, quality inspection, measurement and coding, packaging and shipping.

How to use dyed veneer reasonably?
Dyed veneer has many advantages, but for most furniture companies, the problem they face is how to apply it scientifically and reasonably.
