Eco-board substrates mainly include blockboard, multi-layer board, and core board. The three substrates are meticulously selected, processed, and manufactured to meet the requirements of the process. It is worth noting that after the substrate is formed, it needs to go through two major processes: thickness sanding and static curing. The boards after thickness sanding have a higher flatness; and the boards after static curing effectively eliminate internal structural stress, achieve a balanced moisture content, and have better resistance to deformation and cracking. Compared with ordinary particleboard and density board made from branch materials, the three major substrates made after more than 20 processes have better physical properties, stronger nail holding force, and more stable quality.
Distribution of raw materials for blockboard - the materials chosen in different regions are also different, which is mainly directly related to the regional climate environment. The nationally used wood is "Malacca"; the commonly used wood in the southern region is fir, Italian poplar, and paulownia; the commonly used wood in the northeast region is northeastern poplar, Italian poplar, and paulownia; the commonly used wood in the northwest region is Italian poplar, paulownia, and poplar.
Many fans of "Tu" (likely referring to a specific brand name) ask in the background what wood species the raw materials are. As we can see from the video, different substrates require different raw materials, and even the same substrate can have different raw materials. This is mainly due to the board structure and regional climate. We often hear about fir board, which is actually a blockboard made from fir core. This type of board is commonly used in southern China, while poplar is often used in northern China. Plywood is mostly made from poplar, eucalyptus, and pine; core board uses trembling poplar.
Eco-boards with their substrate advantages have actually already won at the starting line, but we do not stop there. On this basis, the company has innovated the structural process and added a balancing layer with HDF as the structure, which has further improved the performance and application of the eco-boards. The details can be seen in the table below.
The results have been improved again, which can be viewed in the table below.

Obviously, eco-friendly boards are more suitable for home decoration with a very long service life.
Eco-boards are finished with seamless melamine paper veneer, resulting in a clear, natural surface texture and fading-resistant patterns. They are durable, lightweight, and easy to work with. Not only are they quick and easy to work with, they can be matched with suitable patterns to suit different decorating styles, fully meeting the needs of different users and different apartment types. Furthermore, eco-boards are coated with a moisture-proof film to block moisture, providing a certain degree of waterproofing and moisture-proofing, making them suitable for use in even complex environments like kitchens. Crucially, they are also very easy to maintain.
Ecological boards have the advantages of a variety of colors, original wood texture, clear lines, and natural texture. They can form various styles such as Chinese, European, modern simplicity, and pastoral countryside. They are easy to integrate with home decoration to achieve a unified and coordinated decoration effect.
Eco-board combines many advantages in one, no wonder it is so popular!
