The negative ion formaldehyde-purifying ecological board is a new product launched by Qiannianzhou Group in 2020. It uses composite technology to adsorb and purify formaldehyde in the air, condensing it into liquid and generating a stable, non-toxic and harmless network polymer compound.
In normal living environment:
First, there will be no adsorption saturation;
Second, irreversible, stable and harmless high-molecular compounds are generated.
So, how strong is the formaldehyde removal ability of the negative ion formaldehyde-purifying ecological board ? Qiannianzhou Laboratory conducted a detailed experiment.

Experimental methods
1. Dissolve 0.5ml of formaldehyde stock solution in 500ml of clean water, mix well, and then add 0.5ml of the diluted solution to two clean empty beakers respectively;
2. Place two beakers containing the same amount of formaldehyde solution into the same sealed box. Then place the two boards into the sealed box, placing them vertically with appropriate spacing between the boards. Finally, seal the sealed box.
3. After sealing the box, let it stand to allow the formaldehyde to diffuse naturally in the box, and then test the initial value.
2 hours measurement value
After the two sealed boxes have been left standing for 2 hours, the values inside the two sealed boxes are measured:
The formaldehyde value of the sealed box of ordinary ecological board exceeded the measuring range by 1.963mg/m3; after two hours of purification, the negative ion formaldehyde-free ecological board had opened up a gap with ordinary boards, and the formaldehyde value of the sealed box was 1.060mg/m3, and it continued to decline.
18 hours measurement value
After the two sealed boxes were left standing for 18 hours, the values inside the two sealed boxes were measured:
The formaldehyde value of a sealed box of ordinary ecological boards is 1.888 mg/m3; the formaldehyde value of a sealed box of negative ion formaldehyde-free ecological boards is 0.496 mg/m3, and is continuing to decline.
24-hour measurement value
After the two sealed boxes have been left standing for 24 hours, the values inside the two sealed boxes are measured:
The formaldehyde value of a sealed box of ordinary ecological boards is 1.755 mg/m3; the formaldehyde value of a sealed box of negative ion formaldehyde-free ecological boards is 0.159 mg/m3, and is continuing to decline.

Decomposition of formaldehyde
Negative ions carry a negative charge, while dust, particles, animal hair, and other substances in the air carry a positive charge. Negative ions can absorb and condense these pollutants, causing them to settle on the ground. Therefore, while negative ion formaldehyde-purifying eco-friendly panels control the release of free formaldehyde, they can also effectively capture and decompose free formaldehyde in the air surrounding the panels, improving the air quality in the space where the panels are used.

Negative ions in the air can actively capture small particles of dust, causing them to condense and settle, effectively removing dust particles of 2.5 microns (PM2.5) and below, and even dust particles of 0.01 microns, and attaching harmful pollution to settle on the ground.

Negative ion formaldehyde-removing eco-friendly panels not only inhibit the growth of bacteria on household surfaces but also effectively inhibit the growth of microorganisms on the panels, significantly reducing microbial growth and achieving a sustained bacterial removal rate of over 90%, ensuring home safety.
