Although the work is tiring, the sense of accomplishment is overwhelming.
Shen Xuhong believes that part of the essence of business lies in information differentiation. Increasing homogeneity has intensified competition in the decorative building materials market, requiring distributors to develop stronger "networking" capabilities for market information. He enjoys unimpeded access to information in Henan and the provincial capital of Zhengzhou. He and his subordinates maintain consistent communication channels and information with all distributors, enabling them to react to market changes more quickly than competitors.
In recent years, panel distributor Henan Sen Dasen has undertaken many landmark projects in Zhengzhou, including the office building of the Supreme People's Court of Henan Province, the building of Henan Provincial People's Hospital, Xintian 360 Plaza, Zhenghong City, and Henan Zhengshang Real Estate Project.
Against the backdrop of "big infrastructure," the decorative building materials industry is poised for a new era. Shen Xuhong believes that while the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the national economy and social development, there's reason to believe this impact will be temporary.
