01. Uniform moisture content, no deformation
The structure of fragrant fir is uniform, and its tensile and compressive properties are excellent. The directly sourced fragrant fir is dried at low temperature for 7 days to release the wood's properties of swelling and shrinking due to moisture and deformation in advance. Moisture content testing is carried out throughout the entire production process to ensure uniform moisture content and minimize deformation, effectively solving the problem of board deformation.
02. Natural wood, anti-insect
The fragrant fir is harvested from the subtropical Lianshan Mountain area. It is rich in natural fir alcohol and is more insect-resistant and decay-resistant than ordinary wood species. After high-temperature steaming, the insect eggs in the logs are completely killed, and the insect-proof performance is further enhanced, solving the problem of insect infestation.
03. E0 environmental protection, no odor
Food-grade natural soybean bio-glue is added to the auxiliary materials. After a high-temperature formaldehyde purification process, high temperature is used to force out residual formaldehyde and other substances in the board. The formaldehyde emission is ≤0.5mg/L. The finished board meets the E0 environmental protection standard, which is more environmentally friendly than the national standard. It can be installed in the morning and moved in in the afternoon, solving the problem of odor in home decoration.
