01. Sino-Italian research and development, wood rock board
Wood Slate is a joint venture between China and Italy. The Italian partner brand, founded in 1952, boasts over 66 years of experience in developing poplar wood products. To date, the company has a total production capacity of 250,000 m³/year and has established Europe's first poplar LSB production line. Using a 3D wood slate steel lamination process on Italian solid wood oriented structural LSB panels, the company has unveiled its first wood slate.
02. Solid wood orientation, PMDI glue
Wood rock panels are made from imported solid wood oriented LSB boards and PMDI glue. The base material consists of five layers of varying densities and a three-layer cross-core, giving the panels excellent load-bearing and nail-holding properties. The use of formaldehyde-free PMDI glue allows for deep penetration into the base material, resulting in high bonding performance, excellent water resistance, and strong aging resistance. The finished product boasts exceptional environmental performance and all-weather resistance to deformation.
03. New special-purpose panels, born for customization
The surface of the wood rock board is made of imported high-quality poplar wood. The board surface is flat and flawless. It is a breakthrough in the research and development of three series of board textures: wood/rock/skin. The color is elegant and the colors are rich. There are dozens of fashionable colors such as marble white, rust red, Dali white, West Asian birch, Indian sandalwood, etc. It can be widely used in home decoration, panel furniture, cabinets and wardrobes, etc. It is a new type of high-end special board that meets the customization needs of modern custom shops and custom manufacturers, and is specially designed for light luxury customization.
