✔, Agarwood is native to central Africa. It is a large tree, over 25-35m tall and 1.0-2.5m in diameter. The heartwood is a shiny pink-brown or light red with a faint sandalwood scent. Its wood structure is fine and uniform, with straight texture, small color difference, corrosion resistance, light weight, high hardness, strong toughness, strong nail holding power, moderate bending strength, and good steam bending performance.

The entire board is fully enclosed and subjected to two high-temperature and high-pressure rapid drying processes, which not only forces out harmful substances inside the wood but also greatly reduces the weight of the board itself. The two layers of 3.0 thickened eucalyptus wood firmly lock the core structure of the board, making the nail grip stronger and more durable.

Our core wood is imported from Central Africa, and rigorous screening conditions guarantee the quality of our boards. We carefully select 5cm thick, high-quality, uniformly textured wood from trees at least 15 years old, ensuring a fine core wood with uniform color and minimal knots.

RSB-5C structural panels are constructed with three central layers laid in a crisscross pattern to create a mesh structure. The upper and lower surfaces are paved with fine material and formed through a single high-temperature hot-pressing process. This oriented structural panel utilizes a log steaming process, enhancing its inherent resistance to deformation and cracking, as well as its resistance to rot and moth damage, and minimizing wood odor.

RSB-5C structural panels use isocyanate (MDI) formaldehyde-free glue as an adhesive during the production process, and the formaldehyde-free and benzene-free process ensures its excellent health and environmental performance and quality, comparable to natural wood.
