What problems have you encountered when purchasing and using panels ?
Based on this problem, Xiaoye interviewed people of different ages and occupations, and summarized three typical pain points: deformation , insect infestation , and odor .
1 | 61-year-old retired teacher moves into renovated home 5 years ago
"When I first started using it, the wardrobe was in great condition. But as time went on, some parts of it started to deform, like the gaps in the door, which no longer fit tightly. It was really annoying to look at."
2 | 27-year-old white-collar worker moved into a renovated apartment one year ago
"Everything was fine during the renovation inspection of the new house, but now I occasionally find some sawdust in the corners of the cabinets. I guess they were eaten by insects. I have only lived in the new house for a short time, and seeing this makes me feel a little uncomfortable."
3 | 51-year-old carpenter with 25 years of carpentry experience
"Over the years, I've seen all sorts of different types of wood. The strong smell and environmental issues are really hard to deal with. Most employers have very high standards for environmental quality and smell. I've tried many different brands of wood, but I still can't solve this problem."
Now there is a board that can solve all the above problems
On April 29, the Royal Coconut 2019 New Product Strategy Conference was grandly held, and a new wood species was officially released. This is the upgraded version of the fir wood that has emerged after nearly 100 wood species explorations, 1,280 wood inspections, and 27,520 data comparisons - the new fir wood.
▲The new fir ecological board debuts
-- New fir --
Wood species: imported new fir
Density: 330-400kg/m³
Diameter: 20-30cm
Origin: Southeast Asian tropical rain forest, 10°N-10°S area
Moisture content: 10%-12% (stable)
Formaldehyde emission: ≤0.03mg/m³ (formaldehyde-free grade)
Special properties: anti-bending, anti-insect, easy to process, wood stability
Uniform moisture content without deformation
▲Solving the deformation problem
Due to its unique characteristics, new fir wood exhibits superior tensile and compressive strength, making it less susceptible to cracking and deformation. At our overseas sourcing base, the logs undergo a 10-day low-temperature drying process to ensure uniform moisture content and minimize deformation.
Natural wood anti-insect
▲Solving the problem of insect infestation
New fir logs are collected from Southeast Asian forests. They have a tight wood structure and are more effectively resistant to insects than ordinary wood species. During the production process, new fir undergoes a high-temperature steaming process to amplify the wood characteristics and further enhance its insect resistance.
Formaldehyde-free, environmentally friendly and odorless
▲Solving the odor problem
Using environmentally friendly soybean glue, it undergoes three formaldehyde removal processes: ultra-high temperature instant purification, formaldehyde-free polymerization, and unique formaldehyde removal, effectively removing formaldehyde and other harmful substances. The finished product has no odor, and the formaldehyde emission is ≤0.03mg/m³, reaching the enterprise standard of formaldehyde-free level, which is 3 times better than the national standard.
The new royal coconut fir ecological paint-free board can solve the problems of deformation, insect damage, odor, etc. with one board. It will be fully launched on the market soon, so please stay tuned.
