In the natural environment, wood is inevitably susceptible to insect infestation, decay, mildew, and discoloration. Using vacuum pressurized equipment, preservatives are injected into the wood cells, tightly binding to them and completely changing the original "nutrient" components of the wood fibers. This protects the wood from damage by wood-rotting fungi, insects, ants, marine borers, and other such damage, extending its service life.
Our preservatives utilize environmentally friendly ACQ-D, boron compounds, copper azole, and CCA as preservatives, strictly following vacuum and pressure treatment procedures. Our preservatives are also coated with preservative oil to enhance weather resistance. This product is widely used in wooden structures such as pleasure boats, waterfront platforms, outdoor pavilions, and boardwalks.
The antiseptic wood uses a high-pressure complete set of equipment with a pressure of 30 atmospheres to ensure the penetration and retention of the antiseptic wood agent, so that the product can not only meet the wood antiseptic standards of the United States AWPA and GB/T22102-2008, but also meet the antiseptic requirements of bamboo and precious hardwood, ensuring the stability and superior quality of the antiseptic wood products.
