Compared with fir, which has many knots, light and soft material, average moisture content, is more prone to cracking and deformation, has average utilization rate, and requires high-frequency maintenance, new fir has few knots, excellent material, high utilization rate, stable moisture content, and is not easy to crack and deform. It also has excellent insect resistance and its environmental performance reaches the formaldehyde-free level, making it the best choice for consumers' furniture.

It will first pass the import Chinese customs quality inspection, then pass the manufacturing base quality inspection, and then go through 24 production processes and a full-process quality inspection process to ensure that it is delivered to thousands of households with the best "quality appearance".

It is worth mentioning that during the production process, three high-tech formaldehyde removal processes were applied to effectively remove harmful substances such as formaldehyde, so that the finished product has no odor. The formaldehyde emission is ≤0.03mg/m³, reaching the formaldehyde-free enterprise standard, which is 3 times better than the national standard.
