The solid wood frame is made from logs imported from Southeast Asia. The texture is uniform and dense, the wood is durable, and it possesses excellent physical properties. Naturally cured and steam-dried, it resists cracking and is easy to maintain.

The core of the solid wood door is made of poplar multi-layer board. Selected poplars with a growth cycle of more than 30 years are used, and the board is rotary cut. The fibers in each layer are vertically distributed, making the structure more stable.

Moisture-proof and more durable

Natural original solid wood, non-toxic and harmless, digital steam drying, high temperature pressing, insect and mite proof, the base material structure is more stable.

The cabinet door components adopt 360° PVC coating technology to effectively isolate the air, reproduce the original solid wood texture, and are moisture-proof, wear-resistant, and scratch-resistant.

Germany's JUWANG formaldehyde-free PUR waterproof adhesive cures in 3-5 days, effectively preventing phenomena such as rebound and degumming. It has excellent bonding strength and is sturdy and durable.

More three-dimensional lines

The original wood base material is solid in texture and highly plastic. After being milled 360° by a WEIL four-sided planer, it is meticulously carved with smooth and flowing lines.
