What are the sizes and specifications of eco-boards?
The common sizes of eco-boards on the market are as follows: 1220mm by 2440mm,
1000mm by 2000mm, 1300mm by 2000mm, 1500mm by 3000mm,
One of them is called 48 feet, which is the most commonly used plate size specification.
Regarding the selection of size and specifications of ecological boards,
Everyone still needs to choose the better one based on their actual needs.
How to identify eco-board?
1. Check the flatness: Look at the long side of the eco-board at a 45-degree angle in a slightly dim light.
Is it uneven?
Check whether the three joints and sanding marks on the surface are obvious.
If so, it means the quality is poor.
2. Surface paper: can be divided into ink paper and color paste paper, that is, imported paper and domestic paper.
Ink paper has bright colors and is more like raw wood.
Those containing higher levels of triamine are less likely to fade and therefore more expensive.
Color paste paper is a little worse, and the price difference between it and imported paper is more than 10 yuan.
Testing method: Stack two eco-boards and stagger them, expose them to the sun for a few hours, and then check whether there is any color difference on the lower board.
3. Check whether the decorative paper is firmly attached to the wood: This is related to the woodworking process.
When sawing, there will be edge jumping, which will increase the difficulty of processing and affect the appearance.
Testing method: Use strong glue to stick to a small piece of each square decimeter and pull hard.
See if the paper is pulled off. Or use your hands to scratch the cross section.
Can you peel off the top paper?
4. Check whether there are dry or wet flowers on the surface: if there are shiny dots, blocks or carbonized flowers on the surface of the board,
Over time, it will turn black or the surface will appear like paint fading. This is due to dry or wet flowers.
These all reflect the factory's level of technological mastery.
It doesn't feel very comfortable to touch with your hands, and your hands feel cottony.
The board surface looks like it is covered with a layer of fog.
It feels like metal and is of very good quality.
Testing method: Use shoe polish, rouge or oil pen to apply on the board surface, and wait a few minutes to see if it can be completely wiped off.
5. The degree of deformation of the eco-board also reflects the manufacturer's technological capabilities: Generally speaking, it is normal for the top two sheets of each package of eco-board to be slightly deformed before they are made into finished products.
If there is any deformation after the finished product is made, it is a quality problem.
