Faced with an increasingly severe environment, each of us has an obligation to protect it. From another perspective, no matter what industry we are in, we are all "consumers" of nature. We should instill the "green concept" into every product and deliver nature's resources to thousands of households in another form. This is also the concept we have always followed at Pansen.
In order to make the living environment more environmentally friendly, it is crucial to reduce the use of inferior boards with excessive formaldehyde content during the decoration process. Therefore, the quality of the boards is not only related to the quality of customized furniture, but also to the environmental index of the entire home space.
So, how can we buy green and environmentally friendly boards?
See certification
When consumers choose decorative boards such as plywood and ecological boards, they must ask the manufacturer to produce certificates from formal testing agencies and relevant quality certification certificates and environmental protection certificates. With these, they will feel more at ease when purchasing.
Look at qualifications
Board grades are divided into three levels: E2, E1, and E0. E0-grade boards have the lowest formaldehyde emissions of all boards. Since the production cost of E2-grade environmental protection is lower than that of E1, some unscrupulous manufacturers will take advantage of consumers' desire for cheapness and recommend E2-grade boards that are only for outdoor use to consumers. Therefore, do not be confused by the appearance of price. When purchasing boards for interior decoration, it is best to first check whether the mark on the side of the board is the E1 or E0 grade mark that meets the standards, and ask the merchant to provide the board inspection report.
Look at the quality
Only high-quality boards are relatively environmentally friendly. Conversely, if the quality of the boards is relatively low, do you think they are environmentally friendly? Of course, the quality of the boards has no direct relationship with environmental protection. When purchasing custom boards, we always take it for granted that "sniffing" to see if there is an odor can roughly determine whether the product is environmentally friendly or not. However, the truth is shocking. Pansen told water consumers that formaldehyde itself is indeed irritating, but this irritation is mainly to the eyes (feeling eye discomfort, tears, etc.). It is actually colorless and odorless, with no special or recognizable smell. In other words, the presence of an odor does not necessarily mean formaldehyde. If the formaldehyde exceeds the standard, the nose cannot actually smell it. The most direct way is to see the test report and other certificates of formaldehyde emissions.
With the continuous improvement of the company's production technology, from a health perspective, ecological boards all use more environmentally friendly E0 grade and soybean bio-based formaldehyde-free glue. From logs to finished products, a series of processes are strictly controlled with high requirements, environmentally friendly green materials are selected, production processes are improved, and green environmentally friendly products are actively explored and produced. Only in this way can the common problems in the industry be gradually overcome, and the goal of "zero formaldehyde" can be achieved step by step, ensuring the quality of the board from every process.
