When talking about flame-retardant boards, we must first understand flame-retardant boards. Flame-retardant boards are a type of board that can suppress the burning speed of flames or directly extinguish the flames when ignited.
According to its flame retardant properties, it can be divided into Class A and Class B.
A1: non-flammable, no open flame
Grade A2: Non-flammable, smoke must be measured and qualified.
Class B1: Flame-retardant building materials: Flame-retardant materials have good flame retardancy. They are difficult to catch fire when exposed to open flames or high temperatures in the air, are unlikely to spread quickly, and stop burning immediately when the fire source is removed.
Class B2: Combustible building materials: These materials have a certain degree of flame retardancy. When exposed to open flames or high temperatures in the air, they will immediately catch fire and burn, easily leading to the spread of fire, such as wooden columns, wooden roof trusses, wooden beams, and wooden stairs.
Class B3: Flammable building materials: no flame retardant effect, extremely easy to burn, and high fire risk.
These environmentally friendly, flame-retardant wood-based panels are made from high-quality veneer logs through a sophisticated production process involving flame-retardant treatment, drying, adhesive blending, gluing, assembly, cold pressing, and hot pressing. Their flame retardancy, smoke suppression, and smoke toxicity all meet national standards. They also maintain the excellent physical and processing properties of traditional wood-based panels, along with the environmental performance of the top ten panel brands. Their free formaldehyde emission limits meet E0 levels. They are widely used in furniture manufacturing and interior decoration for both public spaces and private homes.
In addition, the flame retardant board has passed the national flame retardant standard GB8624-2006 certification for fireproof building materials; and has passed the certification inspection of the national mandatory flame retardant standard GB20286-2006 "Combustion performance requirements and marking of flame retardant products and components in public places".
The flame retardant performance of the flame retardant board is B1 grade, which has a good flame retardant effect. When encountering a fire, it can effectively suppress the open flame and reduce the heat, thereby buying time for escape and fire arrival.
Flame-retardant panels are made of high-quality core material, offering strong nail holding power, excellent flatness, and high strength. They combine environmental friendliness, stability, and practicality. Their natural, rustic, and flame-retardant properties create a safe living environment.
